CustomerMatrix had just secured a $10M round of funding. A pioneer in the complex, emerging field of artificial intelligence, they needed a simple way to explain their services to the banking and insurance industries to achieve fast, profitable growth.
We conducted a strategic communications workshop with the CustomerMatrix executive team to develop their core messaging elements. From the workshop output and a competitive audit, we provided a brand strategy and brand architecture recommendations which included core messaging, positioning statements, taglines, imagery and identity recommendations.
As a result of the clarity and alignment the executive team gained from our workshop, CustomerMatrix brought us back to facilitate strategic workshops for their decentralized global workforce to build community and align teams for product delivery.
