Gerri Vereen

Performance Alignment Principal

A goal-oriented, ICF-accredited Executive Coach, PCC, Gerri brings extensive experience and in operations and technologies, including more than 15 years of building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams as an accredited team coach. Gerri also puts her years of experience working with individual executives of non-profit and Fortune 500 companies, helping them identify and develop their natural talents and strengths.

Defining strategic goals and the plans to achieve them is a strength of Gerri’s. She helped one non-profit organization create a more collaborative and strategic approach to aligning functional goals with the overall organizational strategy. The result was a 35 percent increase of goal achievement overall. Working with the learning and development department of one of Atlanta’s largest health care systems, Gerri drove the implementation of leadership programs throughout the organization, personally supporting and coaching more than 25 senior leaders to enhance team and individual performance and exceed departmental goals.

Gerri has served on three different non-profit boards, primarily in the role of Governance and Operations. She received her International Coaching Federation accreditation through the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA), a global coaching institute, and has achieved the PCC level of certification. Gerri holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Florida.
