Jenny has worked with businesses and institutions at every stage, from early growth start-ups to mature global corporations who are the recognized leaders in their industry.
In the first five years of her career Jenny was an engineer for a semiconductor manufacturer. She had seventeen different supervisors, went through sixteen layoffs and emerged with experience and methods for managing change that she continues to build upon to this day.
Prior to founding Same Page People, Jenny was a corporate executive at the national and international level in the media and software industries. She oversaw a $20 million technology budget and led systems integration projects that consolidated operations for 20 decentralized business units, improving their content quality while reducing operational costs. She has an MBA from Emory University and a BSEE from the University of Utah.
Jenny is an International Association of Facilitators Certified™ Professional Facilitator who has led hundreds of meetings. In 2012 she began using visual processes to spur creativity in strategic planning. She found visuals led to productive big picture thinking, accelerated decision making and focused conversations, condensing months of talking into action. Now, she can’t imagine holding a meeting without a visual guide and a marker in the hands of every participant.
She is Past President of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, the global professional association for people who use visual methods to assist learning and communication between groups and individuals.
