Jenny Trautman

FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

As founder and principal of Same Page People, Jenny helps organizations effectively grow and innovate by making choices that activate their strategy. For nearly 30 years, she has helped executives define and align on key issues around execution and performance. She has worked with non-profit institutions and businesses at every stage, from early growth start-ups to mature, global corporations who are recognized leaders in their industry. With an ability to quickly analyze complex situations, Jenny helps clients determine the best course of action to address challenges and opportunities, then rapidly align as a team to architect and implement solutions.

Jenny’s expertise and methods for planning, prioritizing and activating execution are based on her direct experience. An International Association of Facilitators Certified™ Professional Facilitator, Jenny has led hundreds of strategic planning sessions. In 2012, she began using visual processes to spur creativity. She found visuals led to productive, big-picture thinking, accelerated decision making, and focused conversations, often condensing months of talking into direct action.

Jenny is a past president of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, the global professional association for people who use visual methods to assist learning and communication between groups and individuals. She holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Utah.
